Small Weddings & Elopements

from $900

Wedding coverage is offered selectively and on an inquiry-only basis. I take on a limited number of weddings and elopements throughout the year. This allows me to give each couple a deeply intentional, storytelling-focused experience. Because of this, availability is not open calendar-based—each wedding is booked by inquiry and approved based on fit, season, and creative alignment.

1. How do I book a session?

All sessions are booked by directly contacting DDD Photographi. Once availability is confirmed, a contract is sent for review and signature. Your date is only secured once the required deposit is paid.

2. Do I need to pay a deposit & Can the deposit be waived?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your session is not officially reserved until the deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable because they reserve your date and block off availability for other clients. The deposit may only be waived if the full session payment is made in cash on the day of the shoot, and only if it is approved in advance by the photographer.

3. Do you offer discounts?

Yes. Select sessions may include special, location-based or student discounts (such as Emmanuel University or UGA senior discounts). Discounted pricing will always be clearly listed in the contract prior to booking.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or cash.

5. Can I reschedule my session?

Yes. Free rescheduling is available in cases of:

Severe weather
Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

Rescheduling must be communicated as soon as possible and is subject to photographer availability.

6. Do you offer outfit or posing help?

Yes. All sessions include creative direction, which may include (but are not limited to):

Styling guidance
Outfit suggestions
Posing direction
Concept and mood board inspiration
Prop ideas and creative planning

7. Do you travel for sessions?

YES! 100% always yes! take me any & everywhere! If a location is more than one hour away from the photographer additional travel fees may apply. Travel fees will be discussed prior to booking.

8. Do you send RAW images?

No. RAW files are not provided under any circumstance. If you are seeking an associate, that must be clearly requested and arranged separately.

9. Can I edit the photos myself?

Clients are not allowed to alter or edit delivered images. If edits are made, the client must clearly state that additional editing was done and is not the photographer’s original work.

11. How can I credit you?

Yes. Clients must:

10. What happens if I add additional time, people or outfits during my shoot?

Additional time may be added if available and will be billed at $75 per additional 30 minutes. Any additions outside your booked session structure may require approval or additional fees.

12. What happens if I'm late, cancel last minute or don’t show up?

Sessions are time-based and will not be extended for late arrivals. You will still be charged for the full booked session time. If a client cancels without valid reason or fails to show up, the remaining balance may still be required, and the session may need to be rebooked at the photographer’s discretion. Communication is key. If anything changes, late arrival, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts, clients are expected to reach out as soon as possible so accommodations can be discussed when possible.
